Camberwell Sunday Market

Since 1976 Camberwell has had a second hand goods and craft market held every Sunday morning (except over Christmas). The market is operated by the Rotary Club of Balwyn Inc.as a means of raising funds for a wide range of charitable causes.

With 370 stalls to choose from, the Market is popular with collectors and, if you’re willing to spend the time fossicking, then who knows what little treasure you may turn up. Trestles are set up with bric a brac, collectibles, hats, hardware items, pre-loved clothes and shoes, books, music – you name it and it’s laid out here on a stall on Sundays.

The market is located in the Car Park at Market Place & Station Street Camberwell, (opposite side of Burke Road to Camberwell Place). It’s a great way to spend meandering on a Sunday and is only a few minutes walk from Camberwell Place.

MARKET OPERATING HOURS:

The Market is up and running by 6.30am every Sunday. Stallholders are required to stop trading at 12.30pm, and to be totally packed by 1.00pm.
